李敏启，男，1970年11月生，口腔医学博士，山东大学三级教授、博士生导师、主任医师，齐鲁青年学者，日本国立北海道大学特聘教授。ORCID:0000-0001-9980-1382。现任山东大学骨质疏松与骨矿盐疾病研究中心主任，山东大学齐鲁医学院学术委员会委员，口腔医学院学术委员会副主任委员、学科评议组成员、教学指导委员会委员，口腔基础医学教研所所长，骨代谢研究室主任。山东省口腔组织再生重点实验室硬组织发生及其相关疾病机制研究方向学术带头人(PI)。国际牙医师学院院士、中华口腔医学会口腔病理学专业委员会委员、口腔生物医学专业委员会委员，山东省口腔医学会理事，山东省口腔医学会口腔生物医学专业委员会副主任委员。《Histochemistry and Cell Biology》《Journal of Molecular Histology》《Journal of Oral Biosciences》《Medicina》国际编委，《口腔医学》杂志编委。作为“急需紧缺高层次人才”获批山东省引进高层次高技能人才服务绿卡。

从事骨代谢学方面的基础研究工作23年，主要研究方向是“亚健康状态与全身系统性疾病对骨稳态的调控作用”及“活性维生素D、维生素K2改善骨质疏松的机制研究”等方面，发表相关学术论文184篇，其中SCI收录论文140篇，中文论文5篇，日文专著与论文39篇。2004年于日本国立新潟大学获得博士学位以来，主持日本学术振兴会（JSPS）课题4项、国家自然科学基金（NSFC）面上项目3项、国家自然科学基金国际（地区）合作交流（NSFC-JSPS）项目2项、教育部博士点基金（博导类）1项、山东省重点研发计划（公益性科技攻关类）1项、山东大学齐鲁青年学者项目启动基金1项、日本独资企业--日健中外制药有限公司横向课题1项以及山东大学教育教学改革研究项目2项，累计立项金额达500万元人民币。

Minqi Li, male, born in November 1970, is a doctor of stomatology, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shandong University, chief physician, the honorary title recipient for “Qilu Young Scholar”, and the distinguished professor of Hokkaido University of Japan. ORCID: 0000-0001-9980-1382. He has been engaged in basic research in stomatology and bone metabolism for 23 years. His work mainly focuses on the mechanism of bone remodeling regulated by sub-health status and basic diseases, and the mechanism of active vitamin D and vitamin K2 ameliorating osteoporosis. He has published 184 related academic papers, including 140 SCI papers, 5 Chinese papers and 39 Japanese monographs and papers. Since graduating from his Ph.D. in 2004, he has presided 4 projects of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, 3 projects of General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 projects of International Cooperation and Exchanges, 1 project of Ph.D. Programs Foundation of Ministry of Education of China, 1 project of Key Research and Development project of Shandong Province, 1 project of Shandong University Qilu Young Scholars Project Startup Fund, 1 horizontal project of Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Shiba, Japan), a wholly-owned Japanese enterprise, and 2 projects on Education and Teaching Reform of Shandong University, with a total amount of 5 million yuan.
